WATER FRONTAGE AND DOCK ACCESS
Approximately 2,400 feet of river frontage with river depths sufficient to handle deep draft vessels, and to accommodate a deep-water dock facility on site
The property has a Barge Fleeting Permit issued by the U.S. Department of the Army for 1,400 feet of the river frontage. The permit allows for barge fleeting operations and related facilities.
The property could be permitted for a deep-water dock, subject to the following: 1) the dock facility would have to be constructed within the foot print of the Barge Fleeting Permit and 2) the estimated time period for the permitting process is 18 to 24 months.
